Well Terah, just when we decide to run Colorado and back just in time for an operation...you decide to become a prolific writer.
I loved the pics. A great looking little boy.
Why the liquid diet. I hope all is okay. And I liked the wood lathe story. Good stuff.

Yeah, Cliff, I don't know what happened. Actually, I tend to write when I get enough sleep, so you can gage how Jacob's doing by how often I write! Every day is a bit much, but I am trying to write a little more often.
I did skip over the reason for the liquid diet. It turns out that Jacob gave me a gift. Everyone expected that's what the bleeding was from, but the doctors wanted to make sure. I hope his gift giving skills improve. I don't want hemriods or to experience a colonoscopy again!

Are you going to debconf? We are still thinking about it. It would be great to meet you in person!
The big decision is what to do with the baby. Neither one of us has traveled internationally before, so having a little one along could be an interesting challenge.

Andrew's definitely going, and I'm hoping to. If there's other wives going, then I might be able to convince him that I should go too 
As long as you have a good pram/backpack for him you'll be fine. The flight will be "fun" with him, but Edinburgh is a cool place, and it's best to do this sort of trip before he's walking!!!
