The holidays must be over.
It would appear that anything with 'soft' in it's name qualifies.
The plumber may have had Hemroids. (or hemorroids or hemoroids) and not speaking as a plumber.

While typing in the list, I noticed the "soft" theme also. I hadn't thought of the hemroids angle...
