Cheesecake Results

Eight very white people tried the cheesecake last night. All but one (that would be me) ate their entire piece of cheesecake and enjoyed it. One person ate two pieces and another person took the recipe home with them.

My wonderful husband has decided that he needs to purchase a torch so that I will make this cheesecake again. Sigh.

What about my rule of thumb that says never eat anything the cook deemed to have have had a stench?
You must have been highly successful, none the less.
