In order to get in line to enter the DMV room (to which they kept the door closed) you had to tell a receptionist that you did have your test completed. I said that I did because it was complete, I just didn't realize that I'd left it at work. I did have the other two required papers with me, so the DMV lady got me a new test to complete. (Complete with a whole production because she had to get it from another room.) She sat there and watched me and seemed surprised that I got all the answers right. My reply? "Well, I should have gotten them all correct since I just did it before I came here."

The DMV really isn't the best place to vocalize sarcasm though.

I heard their government would only allow people offering assistance to stay for 14 days.
Great stuff in this post. Your last sentence is so true but it's not because of the us the consumer it is the marketing people who come up with all the "varieties". Just a way to get money from our pocket to theirs.

Wow, Terah, that is an industrious list! I never had any luck with herbs so always got them from other people. Go for it! I like Nora's suggestion. Maybe I'll do that too! Good luck!

Wow, you're starting big! I'm sure it will be lovely. I'm the farm girl that moved to the big city. My "garden" is in my front yard- the back yard is way too shady.

You've got the makings for a great crop of salsa. You might want to add some cilantro to your list. I'm not sure why I do it, 'cause we sure didn't plant herbs on the farm, but I always plant my herbs in big pots.

I can't wait to follow the progress! Jacob will love watching the plants grow.

I'm with you on this...

I take Zyrec-D everyday. With arthritis in my hands, taking a daily dose has become dangerous.

The packet doesn't open as ddesigned and I've had to use a knife just to get to the single pill.

That Jacob has really grown! Even if he can't have chocolate eggs, I hope you are giving him ice cream if he gets cranky.

I considered buying him some of the Cadbury mini eggs - even had them in the shopping cart. But then I considered all the flack I'd get, so I put them back.

I liked your post J. I should tell you that even tho the eggs are nice, your Mom has already gone through the room and made off with all of the eggs wrapped in shiny foil wrappers. They were chocolate on the outside and filled with a disgusting looking liquid on the inside. She really likes them. You will likely grow to manhood before you even know they exist. It will be a closely guarded secret around your house. Your Mom is nice, but obviously very devious at the same time. the Easter Bunny
