Does this phenomenon exist outside of Kansas? I suppose it must, though this is the only place I’ve seen it. We are in the middle of a snowstorm and are expecting to get 4 to 8 inches. While the snow is coming down very heavily, there is also thunder and lightening. The whole thing is rather cool, although probably not what organizers of
the big sale would have requested.
