I have fond memories of eating
Papa John's pizza. Every Thursday night during my freshman year at
Purdue, 4 other girls and I would order two orders of breadsticks and watch
George Clooney et all on
ER. We only missed an episode if there was a night exam.
Tonight John and I decided to order pizza. Since we're now living in the city, we have 3 pizza establishments to choose from, and they'll all deliver to our house. (We decided to do carry out anyway because we're cheep and didn't want to tip the delivery driver. But, it's still nice to know a pizza could be delivered in a pinch.) I decided to order the pizza from Papa John's. I think it's because we're living in an apartment and in some ways life does feel like we're college students!
It has been several years since I have eaten anything from Papa John's. Sadly, the food we got did not live up to my happy memories. And the crying baby isn't nearly as relaxing as watching George Clooney!
